R8: Sc in each sc around, skipping over the picot stitches. Make sure the picots don’t get caught on the inside of the ghost’s body. (24 sts)
R9-12: Sc in each st around, for 4 rounds. (24 sts per round)
R13: (sc2tog, sc in next 2 sts) 6 times. (18 sts)
R14: (sc2tog, sc in next st) 6 times. (12 sts)
Stuff the body until it’s nice and puffy.
R15: (sc2tog) 6 times. (6 sts)
Cut yarn, leaving a long tail for sewing, and finish off. Sew the hole closed.
Finishing:
Use black thread to sew the eyes onto your ghost’s face, in line with round 10 and about 6 stitches apart.
Sew a small black mouth in between the eyes.
Sew a hanging loop or keychain onto the top of your ghost’s head.
Your little ghost is now complete!
