This little oak tree that I crocheted is perfect for hiding Móhu-sized amigurumi animals. There are already two small owls living inside...
I used a free crochet tree pattern from Amigurumi To Go, and some worsted weight acrylic yarn that I had leftover from other things. I left off the extra branches in the pattern, because I thought my tree looked cute enough after finishing the tree trunk and leaves.
These woodland creatures are from my amigurumi pattern book, Mini Crochet Creatures. There are patterns for a bunny, bear, owl, squirrel, fox, and raccoon in the book. I also have some forest creature patterns available in my online store: red pandas, monkeys, bunnies, bears, foxes, and little birds.
